01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using czbz.ai ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, you may leave at any time. There's no exit interview. We won't send you a "we miss you" email because, frankly, we don't have your email.
02 What This Site Is
This is a personal portfolio site belonging to Caesar Sengupta. It showcases personal projects, experiments, and guides. These are passion projects, not products. There is no company behind this. There is no team. There is one person and a frankly concerning amount of AI.
Nothing nefarious is happening here. No crypto mining in your browser. No secret data harvesting. No subliminal messages (that we know of). Just some projects and a nice landscape photo in the background.
03 The AI Disclosure
In the spirit of full transparency: AI is everywhere on this site. The code, the content, the documentation, these legal pages — all written with significant AI assistance. The projects themselves heavily use AI. If you're reading this on the site, you are surrounded by AI-generated or AI-assisted content.
This means that despite everyone's best efforts, things might occasionally be wrong, weird, or confidently incorrect in the way that only AI can be. Which brings us to...
04 No Warranties
Everything on this site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In plain English: these are personal projects. They might work perfectly. They might have bugs. They might tell you that 2 + 2 = fish. We make no promises. Given the quantity of AI involved, nobody can warrant anything with a straight face.
05 Use at Your Own Risk
Your use of this site and any projects linked from it is entirely at your own risk. If you follow a guide and something goes wrong, that's on you. If a tool produces unexpected results, that's the adventure of using personal projects.
We especially want to emphasize this for technical guides. If you follow our Firewalla setup guide and accidentally reconfigure your network into a modern art installation, we sympathize, but we're not liable.
06 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caesar Sengupta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of this site.
The maximum total liability for any claim related to this site is the amount you paid to use it, which is $0.00. We trust this sets appropriate expectations.
07 Intellectual Property
The original content on this site (text, code, guides) is the work of Caesar Sengupta (with considerable AI assistance). You're welcome to reference and learn from it. Don't pass it off as your own — not because we'll sue you, but because it would be weird.
08 Third-Party Links
This site links to external services and tools. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Clicking a link is your choice, and whatever happens next is between you and them.
09 Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. But realistically, the terms for a personal portfolio site don't change very often.
10 Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California. Though if it gets to the point of a lawsuit over a free personal website, something has gone terribly wrong for everyone involved.
11 Contact
Questions about these terms? Find Caesar on LinkedIn. He promises to read your message personally. The response, however, may involve AI.
